This Bruce Roberts is in sailable condition but needing some atttention and love and has a great deal of potential.

Internally is in great condition and ready to move onto. Outside can do with a repaint and some more cosmetic attention, but this won't stop you from enjoying some great sailing, having sailed up from Coffs Harbour 2 years ago. It is ready for someone new to move onboard.

For accommodation there is the master cabin aft in a P/S position giving lots of room, along with ample storage, and a good sized V-berth forward. There is additional sleeping available in the saloon. A large open saloon area with large sofa that will easily seat 4 and an 'E' shaped dinnette, including timber table, opposite, which can accommodate 4+.
Heading aft on portside is a spacious galley with 3 burner stove, dual s/s sink, microwave (and a new microwave to be fitted), as well as the eutectic frige/freezer.
On the starboard, opposite the galley, is a large chart table and skipper's station, including cupboards etc for storage. Further towards the aft is the toilet/handbasin area with a separate shower.

There is lovely timber finish throughout the cabin areas; very good head room; and is comfortable and tidy throughout. Overall this is a very spacious boat with plenty of room to move.
